Reporting to the External Relations Manager, the successful candidate will provide expertise in the development and delivery of various communication products and public relations initiatives. Duties include: developing various communication tools and products; providing strategic advice to managers; coordinating ceremonies and special events; liaising with the public, partners and stakeholders; and working with the media.

Work environment

Called Gitchi Gummi or “The Big Lake” by the Anishinabek people and known for her furious storms, the Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area will soon be recognized as one of the largest protected areas of fresh water in the world.
